Reflection glitch when Matrix is ON

Hi, we are dealing with issue of reflections and sometimes billboard glitch when we turn on Matrix in our preview and we switch camera. If matrix is off and only program is on then we don't have any issues. But we need to see matrix preview for our all cameras to see emotions or composition in broadcast room. It's just for split second but its noticable. When we switch camera, reflection will just pop-in or sometimes billboard too. We had similiar issue in past when we dont have locked billboards to camera, but since we lock them, this issue is gone.

Details:

We are using Aximmetry DE on one machine. Performance is OK with rock solid FPS. So there is no issue on this side. Like I've said, we do not have those issues if matrix is off.

Hi,

Someone had a similar issue with the billboards here: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/2027-billboards-jumping-or-going-to-black-par

We couldn't recreate this issue in the case of the actual billboards. In the case of reflections, it is likely a limitation of Unreal rendering, however some reflection types and render settings do not have such limitations in Unreal. For example, Ray-traced reflections should reflect changes in the scene instantly.
In the case of the actual billboards, It would help a lot if you could share as much as possible on how the cameras are used in the CAMERAS control board. Which camera compound do you use,  what are the settings in the BILLBOARDS control board, and does it happen with Allow Virtuals on/off? You can do this with lots of screenshots or a video. Or alternatively, we can move this conversation to sales@aximmetry.com if you are more willing to share more information via @mail. If you do so, please refer to this forum post when writing to sales@aximmetry.com.

Warmest regards,

Hi,

We found multiple fixes for this issue if you are using unlit billboards: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/2419-wrong-billboard-exposure-when-switch-cam
