Billboards Jumping or going to black partially for milisenconds, when switching cameras and MATRIX mode is selected in preview.

 

Hi Guys, Wondering is someone has gone trought this issue. I am experiencing an problem in Aximmetry, that I have never experienced before (more than two years using the software). When we change the virtual camera, the billboard jumps (as it wasn´t looking "at camera" and it relocates looking "at camera"). This happens when "allow virtuals" is on or off, but you notice it more when allow virtuals is on. And it only happens when the preview is in matrix mode or in one of the cameras, when it is in Program it doesn't happen. We also don't experience this problem when the software is recording, only when we're in the active matrix mode and not recording. It is something that had not happened to us before but we nee to fix, since we do live broadcast with Axi and in those cases we do not record but we do use the matrix mode to preview the other cameras. Hi Mario,

I am not sure if you meant virtual camera or virtual camera path, but we tested both and couldn't recreate this issue:

Could it be that something in your Unreal scene causing it?

Screenshots of your Cameras and Billboards control boards could help a lot in figuring out the source of the issue. And a video of this happening could help even more.

Note that if the smooth path is selected, the camera will smoothly transition between different Camera paths:

But even then, Billboard should always face the camera if Look At Camera set to At Camera:
