Hi,
Please check this thread: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/516-i-am-unable-to-install-de-professional-an
From what we have seen so far, this issue is caused because you might be using the N version of windows which lacks media features required for Aximmetry to run properly.
I highly doubt I am using the N version, since I don't even think that version is available in the US. Also it would be nice if you would explain what is required for windows to run your software instead of just saying it lacks media features. What media features does it need? There is nothing in my windows about info that says anything about a "N Version". I even attempted to download the "Media Feature Pack for N edition" from Microsoft and install it. See the image "The update is not applicable to your computer" So there has to be something else that is causing this issue. Also if you notice the error code in the first image I sent you it is different then the link you have included.
I have now tried to install this on two different machines and get the same error on both machines.
Also tried this and there is no Media Features Pack to add, which make me think I already have it.
Maybe you need to install newer version of windows 10 PRO >1607 as aximmetry mentioned in the following web page

Hi Three65,
In this case we'd like to ask for your help to find out which DLL is missing from your system.
1) Please install Aximmetry with unchecking all the libraries (this will prevent the rolling back of installation).
2) Please download this zip
https://mab.to/fZaZTiRbO
and unpack it wherever you like.
3) Start Dependencies.exe from the unzipped folder.
4) Click File / Open and select the following file:
c:\Program Files\Aximmetry DE\bin\AximmetryEngine.Main.dll
5) Right-click the top item in the list and select Expand All.
6) Go to the bottom list and click on the Type field:
7) If you see any lines on the top with N/A info, please send a screenshot of these.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Thanks Zoltan I will give this a try first thing Monday morning when I get into the studio. I appreciate everyone's help with this matter.
Zoltan, it looks like I am missing one .dll file. Here is a screen shot of what you requested. Thanks for all your help!
Is it possible to send me this .dll? Or is it not that easy? I would love to get this installed so I can start learning how to use your software for some upcoming filming we have planned.
I would appreciate any kind of response or help with this, We're currently in the process of developing our pipeline to integrate Unreal into our broadcasting and I had high hopes of being able to use Aximmetry.
I suggest that you send an email to Aximmetry Support <support@aximmetry.com>.
From my experience with aximmetry company they always fix the problems but sometimes they need more time to do that .
Hi all,
Three65's problem was caused by an antivirus software that prevented loading one of the DLLs of Aximmetry.
Hi Hoanghaivu132,
We saw your other separate thread and we are going to reply to it there: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1749-aximmetry-cannot-open-after-install---in
Warmest regards,
Hi,
Is this error happens every time you start Aximmetry? And every time it is a different .log file that is written in the error message?
If so, try turning off any anti-virus program and run Aximmetry with administrator permission.
Also, you could try updating Aximmetry to a newer version and see if that fixes it.
Warmest regards,
After clicking on the OK button it rolls back and says "Failed to install common library"
