We will need a bit more information to figure out the source of the issue. Did the cooking process finish without any errors? Additionally, which DMX plugin are you using?

If you are using the AR camera compound, be aware that the beam of lights may not work correctly over the studio camera's image since they use additive material. In such cases, you should change the blending mode to AlphaComposite as explained here: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/3818-aximmetry-ar-dmx-lighting-noise
