Hi,

A lot has changed since Aximmetry 2022.2.2. It seems you are experiencing issues with the light beams appearing dotted:
Aximmetry AR DMX Lighting Noise

This usually arises when light beams are created using additive materials. Materials that employ additive blending do not blend appropriately over areas displaying only the picture from the real camera. This is because there is no background in Unreal behind these areas to add the material's color to.

Instead of utilizing additive blending, you should use AlphaComposite blending in the beam's material:

Warmest regards,

Are you sure you changed the actual light beam material? Doesn’t look like it from the screen shot.

I changed the lighting beam material to AlphaComposite blending in Unreal Engine's lighting equipment blueprint. Is the method wrong?

You should check what material the light beams in your scene are actually using and change them. Changing engine content directly is never a good idea.

Hi GSSHOP,

You likely tried to edit the wrong material as you would expect these pins to be connected to other nodes:

If you can tell which DMX plugin you are using, we might be able to pinpoint precisely which material you need to modify.

Warmest regards,
