Aximmetry DE installation problem

 

Installation of DE goes well but will not open. All licenses are deactivated in account. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling no luck. Error is "failed to start application" "Not Found" Have installed to C:\Programme files    Any ideas?

Tried doing this twice and installing in a different directory, no luck. Still not found.🙁

Windows 10 Enterprise

32,0 GB (31,7 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Hi,

You could try fixing the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) service like it is discussed at the end of this thread: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/3091-error-failed-to-start-not-found

Also, make sure that the anti-virus protection of Windows or other software is not blocking or quarantining something from Aximmetry.

Thank you, that worked for me running the commands in Admin prompt.

All working now.
