Hello,

What tracking system are you using? Was it working before?

Hello Ahmed,

i´m using a Panasonic AW UE 150 with FreeD. The Camera is still working in Composer. I can use old Calib Files and everthing is fine. Also the Properties of the Camera are set correct (Sensor width etc.).

Hi,

That is a bit strange. Hopefully, we can find out the source of the problem.

You can not find the floor even after rotating the camera to a full circle? Also, does the camera calibrator show a reasonable FOV/zoom value?

And do you see the studio without the calibration file in a camera compound?

Warmest regards,

Hello Eifert,

inside of Composer everything is working normal. If I switch to Studio i can see the Studio etc. Inside of the Camera Calibrator my Values of Pan, Tilt, Zoom,FOV and Focus are shown on the screen as overlay (Show Data switched to on).

Hi,

Sorry, I meant that the FOV is correct on the screen overlay. Like, it is between about 10 and 160?

You could try increasing the PTZ rotation center height from the floor in the Properties. And if you still don't see the floor use the PTZ tilt correction to look up and down to find the floor:

This is not the way to use the Properties. I am only suggesting this here to find the source of this issue/bug.

Warmest regards,

Hi Cctvqd,

Follow our PTZ documentation, especially the part on Tracker Network: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/ptz-documentation/#tracker-network
