The floor and Marker are not displayed in Basic Calibrator. Even if I move the floor and Marker positions, they are not displayed either.
I have used Basic Calibrator before and everything was fine, but after continuing to use it, these problems appeared.
I checked the equipment and I'm using the same equipment as before.

It was wrong what I said in my previous comment. Even with 0 Zoom, you should still see the virtual grid. I mistakenly thought that 0 Zoom corresponds to 0 FoV, but that is not the case. In fact, the Basic Calibrator sets it to 60 V (FoV), if you don't have Zoom calibration:
The actual issue is that Show Virtual is turned off. You need to turn this on to see the markers and the floor:

You should try both the newest and oldest versions you have access to. Unfortunately, I cannot pinpoint exactly when the bug started or was resolved since it depends on the computer system you are using.
Alternatively, you can recreate the same environment in Aximmetry by using the [Tutorials]:AR\AR_Example.xcomp compound's MARKERS panel:
