Hey, is there any way to fix the axis when using Htc vive tracker 3.0?
Im having the issue where my tracker is facing upwards and goes to the right direction when panning but as soon as i tilt its inverted when compared to the camera feed.

Hello,
what you are facing is most likely caused by improper settings in your Origin, Forward point, and Right point.
I recommend checking this video for more guidance:
Also, in Aximmetry, after adding the tracked cam compound, you can navigate to the INPUTS control board.
Here you select ORIGIN 1:
In the pin values, next to Delta Head Transformation, you simply have to add the correct rotation settings (in our case either a +270 or a -90 rotation in the first field since the tracker is facing downwards):
This will transform the rotation of the marker.
Please note, that your setup might be different, and you might need to adjust this setting, and/or add other rotations as well. You will also certainly need to add a transformation to the position values to compensate for the distance between the tracker and the rotation center.
1Lotus: Since you have a Broadcast edition, we recommend using Camera Calibrator.
Calibration needs patience and the more properly set up it is, the better the tracking.
Hi Jim,
We answered your question in the separate thread: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1866-htc-vive-trackers-with-different-orienta
Warmest regards,
Hello,
In some cases, Vive trackers flip their axes.
In Manage Devices try using the Up Rotated option.
