i can't receive a video input

Hello there
I'm using Blackmagic Ultrastido to capture video input from blackmagic 4k camera
when I chose that in software as an input device it's showed me a black image
may someone help

Hi backyardex,

Are you sure that:
- video mode is set exactly to the same as Ultrastudio output?
- on Ultrastudio the right input is selected, and no extra settings needed to forward it to the PC?
