Import a virtual cam

Hi!

I did an animation in Unreal with a Level Sequence of a Camera Actor with a Camera Rig Rail, and I want to export the camera movement like a FBX to import in Aximmetry later and use that animation for the virtual cam.

But I don't know what but I'm doing something wrong, when I try to import date e FBX I see only the image that I share with you, I don,t know what do after that. I don't know if I'm doing bad the export, the import or what it's wrong

If you can tell me how can I do it, I will apreciate it.

Thank you!

Hi,

Aximmetry’s Flow Editor does not support importing animation from FBX files (FBX without animation is supported). However, it does support 3D animation in COLLADA (.dae) format, and Blender can be used to convert an exported FBX file to DAE quite easily. I described the exact process near the end of this forum thread in my comment: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1486-playing-an-unreal-sequence-from-axim

For additional information about importing models into Aximmetry Flow Editor, refer to the documentation here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/obtaining-graphics-and-virtual-assets/creating-content-in-native-engine/importing-a-3d-model/

If you have any trouble with the workflow, feel free to ask for more help.

Warmest regards,
