Note, Aximmetry’s library contains many other similar effects that you can choose from, allowing for a variety of creative entrance and exit animations.
In the screenshot you posted, however, it doesn't look like the image of the talent (billboard) is being directly manipulated. Instead, it appears that there is an effect in the scene at the position of the billboard, most likely created using Unreal's particle system. Aximmetry also includes a particle system, which you can use if you are not relying on Unreal to render your scene.
If you can clarify exactly what effect you want to achieve, I can suggest the appropriate methods in both Aximmetry and Unreal Engine. Unreal also offers many ready-made free or paid particle systems that could work well for your project and be easily integrated.
