Can't install DE

I can not install Aximmetry DE, my windows 10 Pro is up to date.

The Setup Wizard said:

"Aximmetry DE setup ended prematurely because of an error.Ypur system had not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again."

Did you try to install the software without downloading the packages an unreal Editor?

Yes, i try to unselect all download content already.

This is the first time you install Aximmetry on this system?
If not, please try uninstall the previous one manually before installing this one.

At which stage does the installation stop?
