Hello, I am a new user of Aximmetry DE Professional, I have a problem in my preview monitor output, I only see the camera program, I cannot see the other cameras.
I would like to be able to see, the other cameras as well as in the AX News Room project.
On the other hand, can I assign a camera for each DVI output of my server?

This is normal, if you are working with an Unreal scene.
At the moment Aximmetry does not support rendering from multiple camera angles simultaneously on the same machine when you use Unreal.
For the Tricaster multiview (or using any other external switcher/multiview) you need one Aximmetry PC for each camera connected into a multi-machine configuration, please see https://aximmetry.com/wiki/index.php?title=Setting_Up_a_Multi-Machine_Configuration
