Is it possible NOT to reset the virtual camera path when switching cameras ?

 

Is it possible NOT to reset the virtual camera path when switching cameras, and not make it start from zero every time?

This is very confusing/annoying when using a single machine to do multiples views, as you think you'll be cutting to a given framing and position... only to be presented with something totally different.

I think it's fine to reset the camera path animations when one changes from one path to another (PATH 1, PATH5, PATH8), but is it possible not to have that behaviour (or at least not by default or that could be switched off) for simple camera switching (CAM1, CAM2, CAM3)?

Just let them do their thing back and forth forever (until asked otherwise)?

Is it a limitation of Aximmetry or could this be fixed by diving in a blueprint or compound ?

Hi Eric,

I see your point, we'll consider adding an option for this.

For now what you can do is:

Unlink VirtualCam

then enter it.

Find INPUT %N=1 and unlink it as well:

Enter it and find VCam_A-B_8_Core 1.

turn off its Restart On Selchg:


Do the same for INPUT %N=2  and INPUT %N=3
