NDI Output Not working in aximmetry 2019.5.1

I cant stream NDi from aximmetry ,Also 3rd-Party Softwares cant locate the stream.

We've just tested it with the NewTek NDI Studio Monitor software and haven't experienced any problem.

Which 3rd party software did you try with?

Please try to turn off Windows Firewall (on both machines if the two software runs on different machines).

Can you please test NDI output using aximmetry Professional-M?

It Seems We need to add Video Device Out module so we can get the stream.

I was thinking the the software automatically out NDI stream when connecting to Root output

You were thinking right, it should work as a normal output. The problem is somewhere else.

We've tested with Professional-M as well, it works.

Thank you the problem was with the device startup setting
