why my camera is not detect on trck input camera mode ?

Im using hardware

CaptureCard Avermedia GC553 LiveGamerultra

Camera Sony a6000 and Sony A7II

Hi,

Firstly, If you want to choose a specific device (and not a Mapped one) on the INPUT panel, it's better to remove it from the Device Mapper.

So please remove your camera from the Device Mapper in the Startup Config.

Then on the INPUT 1 panel try to select AUTO as the Camera Mode.
