I have a new laptop (HP zbook) and I would like to know recomended channel amount on it.
It is a i9-10885H 2,4GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 with Max-Q 8GB, disk write/read speed 2400/2600MBps, and I have a Sonnet Echo with a Blackmagic Quad2-card.
Should a normal 3 tracked camera in 1080i50 work?

It is highly dependent on your actual scene.
I general, we do not recommend Quadro, because it is not ideal for this type of rendering. 3070 or 3080 (or 2080) would be better.
Also in general laptops are not ideal, especially for multiple cameras.
Nevertheless you always have to test to know it for sure.
