blackmagic decklink 8kpro no input

I can't see video input from 8kpro .... aximmetry seems to recognize the connectors only as outputs.

I've tried all the possible configuration from blackmagic descktop setup software and the result is always the same.

With others softwares like vmix or obs studio the capture card work fine.... even if the desktop setup is so tricky to understand.

Please help me

Hi,

I can see you use both a Professional and a Community Edition.

Is it possible you experience this issue with Community? Because that's normal, you can only use SDI from the Professional.

I was wrong because I didn't notice that it doesn't work with the Community version....

On the machine where I use the Pro version I'm using a Black Magic DeckLink HDMI Recorder and it Works so good

Do You think is better if I use the Pro edition with the DeckLink 8kpro?

You can only use SDI on Pro and Broadcast versions.

Yes, definitely use 8K Pro with the Professional Editon.

Yes, you can.

You can mix two different sources (HDMI and SDI) or have 2 different capture cards.
