Does anyone know why I can't use Test Input under Tracked Cam? I track the connection for the Input module and found the test input pin is not connected. (see attached screenshot)

Im having the same issue, test button no longer works for tracker Cams. how else do you setup shots in Pre Production? I typically would use one of the sample greenscreen mp4's as a stand in for the talent to work with producers picking/demo-ing shots before being onsite. Without the ability to use the test button anymore how would one accomplish this? beside that It was valuable to be able to check/calibrate trackers without having to plug in a live video source

Test Input pins have been removed in the latest versions. It is useless without the tracking information, and now we have a new system for recording/playing back inputs along with tracking data, please check:

In your case the problem is that you unlinked the TrackedCam compound thus only some internals parts of could be updated with the new version.
Please use the latest version of official TrackedCam. If you had some modifications please transfer it to the latest.
