Switch Video Smooth:Cascade?

I need to have more than 16 inputs on a smooth video switcher. There is a "Behaviour" value that can be set to immediate (sd),buffered and cascade. What do these settings do, could I somehow cascade two switches with this?

Hi,

I'm afraid you cannot use more than 16 videos at the moment.

Behaviour only controls how the module behaves when you perform a new switching before the previous transition has been finished.

Hi, we really need more than 16 pins in switch video smooth, its almost impossible to use more "switch video smooth" compounds to gain the same result as having more pins. there should be a possibility to set the number of pins for video inputs! its kinda dealbreaker.

You are right, it is cumbersome to use the Switch Video Smooth modules with more than 16 videos.
We will consider adding a solution to this in future releases.
