Why do I need two vive tracks?

When setting up the tracker calibration, place the tracker on the floor to be mounted on the camera, set it up, and refit it to the camera.

But if I do that, if I move the camera forward, the object will dig into the floor, and to get rid of it, do I need a tracker for calibration and two tracker for the camera?

I've been having a hard time with this for several days. I would really appreciate your help!

I don’t think you’re supposed to move the tracker from the floor to the camera. The idea is to use one tracker on the camera and another one on the floor to set the ground position on startup.

If things don’t line up as expected when you move the camera it’s most probably because you didn’t calibrate your camera/lens to the tracking system properly.
