Can't load any Third-party plugin UE4

I had noticed at version 2021.1.0 had a support third-party plugin, but every time I turn on ANY plugin it doesn't work. It said doesn't match the version (I use Aximmetry DE 4.26 and plugin 4.26)

I copy all plugin UE from "...\UE_4.26\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace" to "...\Aximmetry DE\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace", is that correct ? Or should I do something else?

I'm programer UE4 trying to connect to Aximmetry with plugin I'm working with, so I had zero knowledge Aximmetry,

You can’t just copy the plug-ins since they need to be compiled for the Aximmetry UE4 editor. This is the same as with any custom UE4 build. Here are the instructions for installing plug-ins:

So how do I compiled it ? I already look into that page, but It seem doesn't help much.

Ok, I see it, there is a tab Aximmetry in UE, I don't notice it was there before.

Just following the instructions step by step. Make sure you have all the prerequisites installed as well.
