You probably did not assign anything to these outputs.

The simplest solution is to assign channel 2 to all the #2, #3, #4 outputs in Preferences:

Channel 2 means the second exposed video pin in your scene:

From now on this Out will be sent to  the #2, #3, #4 outputs.
