Can we use 4 NDI input with 2 SDI output using Professional?

You cannot. The total number of SDI + NDI inputs and outputs is restricted to 4 in Professional Edition.

Can users have unlimited NDI inputs on aximmetry  Professional?

or at  least have 4 xNDI +4x SDI in/out

Because there are a lot of software that don't have any limits on ndi inputs but only on sdi out/in like vmix,wirecast

Sorry, you cannot. We treat SDI and NDI falling into the same category, so the total number is 4 in the Professional Edition.
