Megascans and Substance plugin installation fails

Hello,

I am trying to install the Megascans and the Substance plugin. I followed exactly these instructions:

When I use the "Install PlugIns" button in Unreal Editor for Aximmetry the installation fails with the following messages:

LogAximmetry: Error: Plugin installer: Error: Substance could not be built. UnrealBuildTool exited with 6

LogAximmetry: Error: Could not move C:\Program Files\Aximmetry DE\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\MegascansPlugin to C:\Program Files\Aximmetry DE\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\MegascansPlugin. Error code: 2

Installing .NET doesn't work either.

Anybody any Idea?

Got the same issue in release 2021.3.1 with Substance & NeuronLiveLink.

Hi Pandora Studio,

Your plugin installation fails cause of the TrueSky Plugin and not because of Substance and NeuronLiveLink.

Currently, we do not support the TrueSky Plugin because it comes with a complex installer.
But we are looking into it.
