2nd Billboard takes 1 frame to load when cutting to the 2nd virtual camera

Hi, we're experiencing an issue where the 2nd Billboard takes a frame to load when cutting to the 2nd virtual camera. Billboard 1 is only visible in virtual camera 1 and that works great with multiple programmed moving shots. Billboard 2, the close-up shot, is only visible in the 2nd virtual camera and we only have a static close-up shot programmed. Every time we cut to the 2nd camera, the Billboard is missing for 1 frame, then it loads and is visible. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Is the second input coming from a live camera or from a video file?

In either case how did you setup the inputs? Could you send some screenshots?

@NotJason @Zoltan apologies for the delayed response. I haven't had the time to test it again unfortunately. We couldn't fix it in time for our event, hope you get it resolved @NotJason.

@Zoltan it was with live cameras. 2 HDMI Billboards via Blackmagic Decklink Quad HDMI Recorder. I had keyboard shortcuts assigned to the different virtual camera's with only one billboard visible per virtual camera. I am busy with a pre-recorded event at the moment and it's not doing it with video files - it was an issue with live cameras.

Unfortunately we could not yet reproduce the issue.

- Do you use the same resolution for both cams?

- Do both cams have the same frame rate and are these identical to the system rendering frame rate?

- What frame rate do you use?
