Is it possible to make the same kind if opertator buttons as "Camera paths" but where on each button you would call a PTZ-cameras preset aka http://192.168.0.10/cgi-bin/aw_ptz?cmd=%23R11&res=1 or other command.

The simplest way is using as many HTTP Request module as the number of presets you want to use. Setup each one with the appropriate URL and other data.
Then connect them like this.
You can use any button names, but each has to start with a #.
Add the Pin Collector to a control board
Of course you should give a proper name to the Pin Collector as well.
