Error when trying to install plugins

Hi!

I keep getting these errors when trying to install plugins in the aximmetry tab in the unreal editor for aximmetry, this is what it says in the output log:

LogAximmetry: Error: Could not move C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.25\Engine\Plugins\MegascansPlugin to C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.25\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\MegascansPlugin. Error code: 3.

LogAximmetry: Error: Plugin installation failed. Could not initialize build environment.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Cheers, Niels

Okay I got it to work, by manually copying the megascans plugin folder to the unreal for aximmetry directory.

I made a project in the normal unreal editor and I've succesfully opened it in unreal for aximmetry, but when I try to import an aximmetry virtual camera blueprint it says BAD, what do I do now?

Thanks!

Hi Niels,

In the latest version the plugin installer issue has been fixed.

Regarding the BAD indicator, that can be caused by different things.

- the camera asset files were copied into the wrong folder

- or they are too old, or missing something.

Please try add the latest camera blueprint with latest version. You can use the new Aximmetry / Add Camera menu in the Unreal Editor.

If you still have the error, please send the full log to support@aximmetry.com.  Thank you!
