It just works automatically when you open a video file with alpha. Did you try it?

How are you adding it to the scene? Have you verified that you actually have an alpha in the image?

Hi,

Is that a billboard with the motorcycle?

If yes, you have to turn of the keyer in order to pass through the image with alpha unmodified.
