Bug or missing knowledge

Hey, I started to work with Aximmetry Professional (2021 Version) Also I am using Antilatency Tracker System(Floor Kit).

1.I Would like to know is the best pipeline to work with aximmetry?

 to be more specific.

*What is the best tracking system to work best with aximmetry?

*What is the best lens calibration for Aximmetry(I wanted to use Vanishing point but I know that this system doesn't support aximmetry yet.

*What Is the best lighting controller for Aximmetry(to control both 3d And real lights)

*And I would like to know any recommendations from you about the best pipeline that I can create in my studio to work with Aximmetry fluently.
And also if it's possible to get a more deeper pdf about all the system and the features( I Didn't found something on your website)

2. There is a way to softness the tracking data(I have little movement/Jittering from the trackers)

3.And I think this is a bug but I am not sure, I have a scene on Aximmetry that I mapped the "Studio" And "Scene" Tabs, and the studio is in the right place and save it if I'm continuing the mapping of the same room and exit Without Saving And open the same Compound/Scene (the one I saved) I am getting the last mapping and not the one I saved, Also if I am opening a new compound with different scene still I am getting the last mapping to transform for the studio and scene tabs even when all the parameters for Rot/Scale are "0" and not the numbers I used for the mapping.

and sometimes it just maps it from the camera view.

to solve it I need to open and exit the software a few times or restart the pc.

I would like to know how I can make sure that I get the same results after mapping a scene.

3.I have a problem that happens to me Only in the last version the manual zoom on the "Input 1" Tab Affects only on the studio and not on the real scene it was works great before but now something just happens and it has stopped working.(I will add a screenshot to try and explain that problem better.

Hi,

1-

We are not hardware resellers. So, we can't really tell which tracking system is the best. We offer support to the most used ones in the industry.

Here is a full list of the currently supported options:

Tracking Protocols supported in Broadcast edition only:

Stype
Mo-Sys
Ncam
TrackMen

Free-D
Visca
Vanishing Point Viper encoders

Lonet  (Glassmark encoders)

Thoma
zLense
Akatona

Tracking systems that are supported in any Aximmetry edition:

-Antilatency

-OpenVR:
HTC VIVE
OCULUS RIFT ( IF USED WITH SteamVR it will appear as OpenVR device)

Concerning Controlling lights:

Please consult:
https://aximmetry.com/wiki/index.php?title=Control_lighting_equipment_via_DMX_ArtNet
Please note that you can only use DMX via ArtNet from Aximmetry. If your lighting equipment is not capable of ArtNet by itself then you have to obtain some kind of ArtNet to DMX device or software.

You can use a MIDI Controller to control it.
You can also simply use a tablet or smartphone for control via software like TouchOSC which provides a custom control interface and can send either OSC or MIDI commands (both are supported in Aximmetry).

Concerning the pipeline

It all depends on your projects and scenarios. You can send us more details about what you want to do exactly with Aximmetry and we will try to help you.

You can consult our WIKI for more info about Aximmetry:

Normally it’s the tracking system’s duty to decrease the jittering, but some of it is inevitable unfortunately. You can add smoothing within Aximmetry, but it will cause noticeable gliding of the talent.

For that Unlink the TrackedCam compound:

Go to INPUTS, then

Find the Camera Tracking module

Add a Smooth Transformation module and insert it after the Cam Transform output.

Adjust its Delay property (it is in seconds) until you reach an acceptable result:

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the Manual Zoom issue.
Is it possible that you edited the inside of the TrackedCam compound?   And then saved back the in-place changes?  Because it also could somewhat explain your save issues.
