my computer suddenly hangs when running one of the files, then I restart the computer, the file now can't be opened and there is a message like this when the file is opened:
whether the file can be saved? please help, thank you

Why does this happen, this happens to me often too. Even when saving the project, the program closes and then it is impossible to open the project

If the .xcomp file that is generating the error has a size greater than 0 KB (not an empty file), then you could share it with us for further investigation. You can send it directly to sales@aximmetry.com and reference this forum post for context. Alternatively, feel free to share it here.
Additionally, have you noticed any specific patterns associated with this issue? For instance, does it consistently occur when click save compound and then you immediately close Aximmetry?
Note, that the .xcomp files are just XML text files, you can open them with any text editor software:

these files extension look like xxxx.xcomp.01.bak , you can simply rename these files to xxxx.xcomp and then try to open this version
