I've been using the Record module to record my scenes.
But unfortunately, I can't hear the voice properly ( CZ recording is done on 82 Frames per second).
Is there a way to record on normal 30 FPS so I can hear my audio to switch properly between scene modules.

In order to record in 30 fps you have to switch your rendering settings to 30 fps in Preferences / Rendering, Frame rate.
If you use the RECORD compound it will work correctly automatically. But if you use the native Video Recorder node then make sure its Frame Rate is set to "Realtime".
