extended warranty and software updates

Hi,I am planning on buying the pro DE version  and I saw the "EXTENDED WARRANTY & FREE SOFTWARE UPDATES FROM 2ND YEAR / YEAR".
How do I add the extended warranty to my order?

from sales:

"Extended warranty can be purchased by getting in touch with us; currently we do not have any add-on features available in online orders yet, but the purchase of extended warranty will be stated on the final invoice. The price of the extended warranty for the Professional is 350 EUR, thus please include this fee when you initiate the transfer, if you'd like to purchase this add-on"
