Video recording output only 640x480 when record 1 hour long duration

We have virtual studio project and we need to record the show using aximmetry recording tools. We have a footage of one hour long people speech, but when the recording finished, the file is only 640x480. That's not happen when we test record only under 1 minutes long. We also tried to record the Master of Ceremony footage that have only 1 minutes 30 second long they also have the same issue.

I cant even record anything without it telling me it cannot keep the latency after a few seconds. Simple compound with a single 1080p 25fps video input and I'm using a high-end workstation with a 3080 and a Ryzen 9 3900 and 64GB RAM, should be good enough to do a simple record right?

You need to set the Recorder to Real-time and not an explicit frame rate if you have any live inputs. Setting it to a specific frame rate only works if you only have pre-recorded footage. If you set the recorder to Real-time it will record in your project frame rate, and 1080p at 25fps shouldn’t be a problem at all.

I did, however recording only works properly when you dont render higher than 1080p and dont have much stuff going on in your compound.

Would be awesome to be able to record 4k comp and matte at the same time without getting jittering output files.

Hi all,

fne.klink:
It's very odd.  Could you send a screenshot of your recorder settings?

Het Nieuwe Kader:
Do you still get the Cannot keep latency error after setting Realtime?
