Tracking system problem

I used the stype tracking system and tried all the settings

But the trace does not work and the message is red, camera tracking : stype 6301: no input

Camera used:sony R series power hadFX

Tracking system: RedSpy

Hi Huseen,

Have you setup Stype to send the data to the IP of your PC and the 6301 port?
If yes, please try to switch off Windows Firewall.

Please note that you also have problem with the Decklink input, you should set a higher In-to-out latency in Preferences.

It has to be set on the Stype unit. Please contact Stype support if you cannot find the relevant settings.
