Because we work within a satellite channel and problems that I have not found a solution to

I have a blackmagic DeckLink SDI card 4 input Conductive

However, only one port appears in the main menu

I think that this card configured for 4K in/out, in the official datasheet it only support 2 Port as 1 IN and 2 port as 1 OUT

So I suggest that you reconfigure the card in HD mode using Blackmagic desktop software so you can get 2 IN/2Out.

The Decklink 12g Extreme only supports one input and one output simultaneously, regardless of resolution. This isn’t a defect of the card or a problem with Aximmetry. Those are just the specifications of this card. For multiple I/O you neeed the Decklink Quad or the 8K Pro.
