2020.8.1 Install Error

I'm attempting to install the 2020.8.1 update for Aximmetry and I'm receiving the following error:

Failed to download Common Library 2020.8.1

The remote name could not be resolved:

'axi-cdn-prod.azureedge.net'

Has anyone experienced this error? Please advise.

I suggest that you Install the software without selecting common library

Then download the packages from your account on this webpage

my.aximmetry.com

Then use aximmetry installer to install these packages like in this video
