We are very new at this.  We are not sure what we exactly need. 

Is it possible to start by purchasing a Studio License and upgrade later by paying the difference between a new license and the old?  i.e. "move up the steps" this way.

This method would help us understand what we need and what we are missing as we gain proficiency in the software.  We can tell it is an excellent software, but there is a learning curve and we don't want to jump in the deep-end.

Also, where can we find Virtual Studio sets?  Are there any free ones available? 

I understand the installation comes with 5 sets.  Where can we find more
