Cam Link 4K no input suddenly.

Hello

Just upgraded to community DE edition 2020.8.0 build 18531

I'm testing the software. I am very new but my Engato 4K Cam Link is no longer showing an input in Aximmetry.

I believe I've set the project up right and to the preferences the same as the camera 1080 50P.
It was working on an older version of Aximmetry.

I've confirmed the input works into my PC with the software the HDMI adaptor came with. I can see an image and it says its a 1080 50P input. Also confirmed the camera output setting on a camera monitor and it's the same.

I'd love to know what i'm doing wrong or need to do to get this working. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Please ignore...suddenly worked after several re starts of software and PC. Weird

Hi David,

I've spotted this in the log:

The correct mode specification should look like this: 1920 x 1080 @ 50
Is it possible that you accidentally added a "p" on the end?
Please always use the mode selector (three-dot button) to specify the video mode.
