i hav problem that in task manager my cpu (ryzen9 3900x) n gpu(rtx3090 24gb) only usage under 50% ,ram(64gb ddr4 3200mhz) only usage about 20% , but sametime in aximmentry software appear all cpu gpu become red n full ,my output graphic also lag at play. is it hav solution can unlock my pc full power in aximmentry ? 

i hav update latest aximmentry version n graphic driver is latest n studio version 

i can use full power in unreal engine , shouldnt be a hardware problem,please let me know if there are any solution or advices ,thanks !
