AX Scene Editor / AX Scene Render Node are only available to those with a valid license for either of them.
If you do not possess one, you can purchase/rent them through the https://my.aximmetry.com/User/WebShop. You need at least a Studio rental license (which is different from the free Studio Limited Edition) to be able to rent an AX Scene component.
