Hi everyone,

i am a complete Aximmetry beginner, first time setting up camera tracking in my greenscreen studio.

Working:

video in, tracking live, world pose set with an AprilTag on the floor, lens file from REtracker's High Precision Calibrator loaded and wired to the Manual Lens Dist inputs. The background moves with the camera.

Problem:
the image is skewed, and my background plate is far smaller in frame than its dimensions should give.

Honestly I'm surprised it works at all like this. The tracking moves, but the camera's position in the world seems completely off, and I have no idea how to fix that. I've been going through tutorials for four days now and there's always something different in them, because I'm on an older Aximmetry version. I tried both the Aximmetry tutorials and the Unreal route, but both stopped working for me at some point — Aximmetry is where I've got the furthest, so that's the path I'd like to stay on, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me get over this last hurdle.
