I am using Composer Broadcast & Film Edition 2026.2.0. Some of the machines in my lab are crashing with this error when students attempt to pause and restart.
May I know what is the issue that is causing this?
Thanks,
Terence

Hi Terence,
To help us get to the bottom of this, please answer these questions:
When was the first time you experienced this issue? Does it coincide with any changes in your setup, for example Windows or driver updates? Did you recently update to Aximmetry 2026.2.0? If so, has the crash happened consistently since then? Do you know of any differences between the lab machines that crash and the ones that don't? If yes, what are they?
Please send the dump file to our sales team at sales@aximmetry.com so we can review it, pinpoint the cause of the crash, and provide a solution.
Warmest regards, Adam

Hi Terence,
We tracked down the crash you were seeing when stopping Unreal scenes — it turned out to be specific to the Student license.
This has been fixed in the recently released 2026.3.1 version of Aximmetry.
An error occurred while uploading, please try again.
We are planning maintenance on MyAximmetry site from 2026-AUG-18 07:00 to 08:00 UTC. During this period, the site will not be available. Please refrain from initiating any ordering processes around this time to avoid potential issues.
