I have a Horizon LED Wall, and I have a question regarding its setup in Aximmetry.
As far as I understand, in Aximmetry the LED Wall Shape can only be set to predefined types such as Rectangle and other basic shapes. However, our LED wall has a horizon-style structure, and we would like to map it more precisely.
Is there any way in Aximmetry to perform mesh mapping similar to Disguise, so that we can map content directly onto a custom LED wall geometry?
Thank you for your help.
Hi,
Mesh mapping is currently not fully available, but it is planned for a future update. That said, it is only very rarely needed for LED wall setups. If your LED wall includes a few curves, you can configure it using the Curve Radius parameter and using multiple LED Wall panels within the Camera compound. You can find more details here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/led-wall-production/setting-up-the-led-walls/setting-up-the-led-walls/#specifying-the-sizes
This is based on my understanding that Horizon LED walls are just curved LED walls.
Warmest regards,
