Unreal Engine Fatal Error while navigating interface – Aximmetry 2025.3

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing a recurring Unreal Engine Fatal Error in Aximmetry 2025.3. The crash happens simply while navigating through the interface — I'm not rendering or performing any heavy operation when it occurs.
Unreal Engine Fatal Error while navigating interface – Aximmetry 2025.3

“A fatal error occurred with Unreal Engine. Please save and reopen your compound” .This happens randomly while working inside the project.

Some details:
The virtual set was created following official recommendations and online tutorials.
Performance is stable at around 60% usage.
Lumen is NOT enabled.
Only static lights are used.
Background is a single HDRI.
No heavy dynamic lighting or complex real-time effects.

My System Spec:
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z790-P
CPU: Intel Core i9 14900
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5080
RAM: 128GB DDR5
Aximmetry Version: 2025.3 Broad and Film

Aximmetry is connected to Blackmagic DeckLink SDI cards.
Tracking data is coming through a USB 3.0 to RJ45 network adapter.
NDI is running independently on a separate network adapter.

Since the crash occurs even when simply navigating the interface, I’m unsure whether this could be, Gpu issue with 50 series., unreal-axi issues with 2025.3 version, network adapter conflict . Any suggestions on what logs to check or specific troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

Please send us the dump file that was created, as it would be very helpful for debugging this issue. Upload it to a file-sharing service and send us the link by email at sales@aximmetry.com, with a reference to this forum post.

If you want to troubleshoot it yourself, you could try running it in Live Sync mode to see whether the crash occurs there as well. In addition, you could review the Unreal logs.

Warmest regards,
