We have paid version 2026.1.0, but there is no link to previous version at MyDownloads.

Hi,
On the MyDownloads page, you can only download versions that are covered by your entitlement (starting from the version that was available when your license/maintenance started).
So if your paid license started with 2026.1.0, it is normal that you won’t be able download 2025.3.x in MyDownloads.
Example: if later 2026.2.0 is released, you will still be able to download 2026.1.0 (and 2026.2.0 as well, if it’s within your active entitlement). In other words, your download access starts at 2026.1.0 and goes forward, not backward to 2025.x.

You can download previous versions of Aximmetry starting from the version available when you purchased your license. To do this, please visit: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/MyDownloads.
If you do not have a paid license, you will only be able to access the latest version of Aximmetry.
