Aximmetry cannot detect my internal capture card – how can I fix this?

I’m having an issue with Aximmetry and would appreciate some help.

The software cannot detect my internal PCIe capture card, even though it works fine in other applications.

My setup:

Internal PCIe capture card

Windows detects the card normally

Drivers are installed and up to date

OBS / vMix / other programs can read the card without problems

But in Aximmetry → Devices / Input, the capture card does not appear at all

What I’ve tried so far:

Restarted the computer

Reinstalled the capture card driver

Reinstalled and repaired Aximmetry

Ran Aximmetry as Administrator

Tested with different Aximmetry versions (SE / DE)

Unfortunately, the issue still remains.

My questions:

1. Does Aximmetry require specific driver types or card brands to be supported?

2. Do I need any additional Aximmetry modules, plugins, or licenses for video input?

3. Is there a way to manually refresh or force Aximmetry to detect capture devices?

4. Any recommended troubleshooting steps or log locations to check?

Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I can provide system specs, card model, or logs if needed.

Thanks in advance!

I don't work for Aximmetry,  but I believe that Aximmetry does only support certain brands/models of capture cards.
