With a valid Maintenance+ plan, users are eligible to purchase additional support services, such as technical training courses, or other forms of technical support, including tailored consultations, event support, or remote setup services, etc.
The ticketing system is a platform that allows users to submit technical questions directly to the support team, who are obligated to respond as per the relevant SLA intensity listed at https://aximmetry.com/support-options.

Maintenance+ includes all the benefits of the current maintenance plan (such as software updates and the ability to purchase support) and additionally provides access to our ticketing system. When purchasing a new license, in the 1st year of the Maintenance+ plan, clients are eligible for a 30-minute consultation with Aximmetry support per month.
Maintenance+ is available in a subscription form on a monthly or yearly basis.
