Hello, we have a Studio account and the poduct key is currently not activated, however when we were trying to activate the key on one of our software (Aximmetry Studio DE 2025.2.0), it gave the message of invalid request code. We have double check the key we entered was correct and the key is not activated on any machine. Please let us know how to fix this. Thank you.

Due to recent licensing changes and the removal of the distinction between the DE and SE versions, you may notice that you have two "STUDIO EDITION" license keys. Please try using both keys to see which one works for you.Let us know if this resolves your issue or if you encounter any further problems.
